Standard Terms & Conditions of Carriage
- Parcels will be valued at £60 (By Ship)
- New parcels maximum return will be £60 (By Air)
- Refund will only be given if proof of purchase is provided.
- The parcel may be disposed of if any unqualified items are put in the parcel without our permission.
- The parcel may be delayed due to customs clearance and / or poor weather conditions.
- There is no warranty for any war conditions or any force majeure.
- Any extra charges incurred, such as customs clearance, will be the responsibility of the sender or the receiver.
- We will not be liable to you if customs hold or lose the container. We will not pay the parcel value or refund any postage charge
- Or for any items damaged.
- Or for Loss, damage or breakage of any part of any articles that comprise goods which are not accepted for carriage or storage by the Company
- Or for any special handling requirements in respect of the goods which have not been notified to the Company
- Always check the rules and regulations with the authorities of the country you are sending the parcel
- Demurrage: the customer will be responsible for demurrage.
